We focus on providing MSPs with fundamental tools and technology they need to manage Microsoft Security policies for multiple tenants in a simple and effective way. Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP!
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to own and evolve inforcer’s Microsoft-first internal environment.
You’ll be responsible for keeping our Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure services, and network estate secure, and scalable. You’ll also provide day-to-day support for the team, acting as the senior escalation point, and help shape what great internal IT looks like.
Given our size and growth, this role has broad ownership across the IT stack and is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work and shaping internal IT standards. This role sits right at the intersection of engineering, security, and enablement.
What you’ll be doing
Microsoft 365 and Identity
Manage our Microsoft 365 tenant across Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Defender
Design, implement, and maintain Conditional Access, identity protection, device compliance, and security baselines
Manage user lifecycle, access controls, PIM, and role-based access
Ensure the tenant stays aligned with best practice, compliance expectations, and inforcer’s own standards
Azure
Manage and support Azure resources used internally and for product enablement
Maintain subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, networking, and cost governance
Support app services, storage, automation, and supporting services as required
Work closely with engineering on Azure-side requirements and guardrails
Networking
Own internal networking, connectivity, and office network support
Troubleshoot and maintain firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and site-to-site connectivity
Act as the escalation point for network-related issues affecting staff or services
End-user and internal support
Own and refine end‑user support standards, while acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
Support Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, and peripherals
Focus on resolving root causes to minimise recurring issues
Security and posture
Champion security as a design requirement
Monitor and improve Secure Score and Defender posture
Work closely with leadership to assess risk and implement pragmatic controls
Automation and improvement
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Graph, Intune, and Azure tooling
Document standards, runbooks, and internal architecture
Continuously look for ways to simplify, standardise, and scale internal IT
What We Can Offer You

Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote working options to support a healthy work-life balance
Regular Team Socials: We celebrate our team, our milestones, and our new businesses with social events every month
