Senior Associate
- Manage a varied workload of legal matters and keep each piece of work progressing to agreed deadlines.
- Review legal documents and provide clear, practical advice to support informed decisions.
- Draft, amend and negotiate legal documentation in line with the needs of each matter.
- Work closely with colleagues in the Legal department to coordinate work and share relevant updates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure matters are well organised and easy to track.
- Identify key issues within legal matters and provide considered recommendations on next steps.
- Communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders to keep them informed throughout each matter.
