A high-performing secondary school in Croydon is seeking a talented DT Technician to join a busy and well-established Design Technology department.
You’ll work alongside experienced teachers and help provide pupils with an excellent practical learning experience across KS3–KS5.
⭐ Your Responsibilities
Preparing workshops for practical lessons
Setting up materials, tools and equipment
Maintaining machinery and specialist equipment
Supporting pupils with practical projects
Managing stock and ordering materials
Supporting GCSE and A-Level coursework
Maintaining workshop health & safety standards
About You
Previous experience within Design Technology, engineering, product design or a workshop environment is desirable.
You’ll be practical, dependable and confident using a range of tools and machinery, with excellent attention to detail.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician or someone with strong practical industry experience looking to move into education.
