Salary: £15.42 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at our London site (E14 5JP). This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across shifts between 6:00am and 7:00pm.
This role is ideal for someone who has previous barista experience and is confident in taking on leadership responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving coffee and beverages
- Operating the till and assisting customers
- Supporting the restaurant team during quieter periods at the coffee bar
- Opening and closing the coffee bar (once trained)
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Completing paperwork, including HACCP documentation
- Overseeing till operations and ensuring product updates are accurate
- Following PPDS (Prepacked for Direct Sale) requirements

What We’re Looking For:
- Barista training and previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
- Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with shift timings between 6am–7pm
