M&A Tax Manager - Top 10

Are you being held back from client advisory / interaction?
Due to an ever-growing workload and an extremely strong business tax and corporate finance team, this leading Top 10 M&A team looking for M&A tax talent. You will be working directly with the Partner and Senior Manager within the department.
The team advises across all areas on a sale and purchase, including;
- Pre-sale grooming and tax restructuring
- Buy-side due diligence for acquisitions and lending reviews
- Transaction tax support and structuring advice to vendors on sale mandates
- Post-sale integration, group rationalisation exercises etc
An opportunity to be joining a business at this growth stage is rare and for an ambitious and driven individual, the opportunity for progression is unrivalled.
The ideal candidate is likely to be CTA qualified and/or ACA/ACCA with strong UK corporate tax experience (you do not need to have M&A experience but some transactions would be an advantage) . In addition to this, strong written and verbal communication skills are required due to the nature of the client interaction.
