Junior Creative Operations Manager

Control Risks
London

The Traffic Manager ensures the timely production of high-quality marketing content by managing workflows from Marketing through to Content, Creative, and Digital teams. This role is critical to supporting a dynamic and growing global business, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Brief Review & Development
Evaluate incoming briefs for clarity and completeness. Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to refine briefs, ensuring they are actionable and aligned with Agile delivery principles.
  • Workflow Prioritisation
Maintain and manage the master project tracker. Prioritise tasks based on urgency, business impact, and team capacity, using Agile methodologies to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Team Coordination
Schedule and assign tasks across Content, Creative, and Digital teams, balancing demand with available resources.
  • Stakeholder Communication
Act as the central point of contact between Marketing and production teams. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of timelines, progress, and any changes to scope or priorities.
  • Digital Asset Management
Support the transition to and ongoing optimisation of the digital asset management platform. Ensure assets are correctly tagged, stored, and accessible, and that workflows are aligned with the platforms capabilities.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of three years in a complex, international business environment, ideally within a consultancy or professional services firm.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using a digital asset management platform.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of applying Agile project management principles in a content or marketing production environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate between creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum.
  • High attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
  • Proficiency in project management and traffic management tools, with a strong understanding of Agile workflows and digital asset management best practices

Benefits

  • Control Risks offers a competitively positioned compensation and benefits package that is transparent and summarised in the full job offer.
  • We operate a discretionary global bonus scheme that incentivises, and rewards individuals based on company and individual performance.
  • Control Risks supports hybrid working arrangements, wherever possible, that emphasise the value of in-person time together - in the office and with our clients - while continuing to support flexible and remote working.
  • As an equal opportunities employer, we encourage suitably qualified applicants from a wide range of backgrounds to apply and join us and are fully committed to equal treatment, free from discrimination, of all candidates throughout our recruitment process
