Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in line with brand guidelines and marketing calendars.
  • Oversee existing automated workflows to ensure smooth operation and intended outcomes.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, deliverability and conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
  • Identify new implementation opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor the Everlast loyalty programme, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to plan and execute a refresh of the loyalty programme to enhance customer retention and value.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

• • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM ideally with a mix of performance-focused and creative campaign execution (*experience in retail preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Klaviyo/Emarsys and email marketing best practices (* knowledge of Shopify, Yotpo and the US market are a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, detect optimisation opportunities, and apply them.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A self-starter and proactive mindset, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
