Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Your Role
As a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant, you will :
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons in your subject area e.g. STEM, Humanities, English or Psychology
- Work in small groups and individual pupils to boost understanding, confidence and progress
- Assist in the preparation of resources, classroom activities and interventions
- Monitor pupils progress and provide feedback to support learning outcomes
This Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant role is designed to give you hands-on experience across multiple subjects, providing a strong foundation for a future in teaching or education-related careers.
Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification
KPi Education are looking for a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant who:
- Holds a 2:1 or 1 st degree from a Russell Group University in STEM, Humanities, English, psychology or a related field
- Has a strong academic background in GCSE’s and A-Levels
- Is enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about education
- Can build a strong rapport with pupils and motivate them to learn
- Has excellent communication skills
- Previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential
