Lifestyle Manager - Luxury Concierge
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lifestyle Manager to join a high-end, global concierge business supporting UHNW clients. This is a fast-paced and varied Lifestyle Manager role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a natural ability to deliver outstanding, highly personalised experiences. As the Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international clients, handling a wide range of lifestyle requests, and curating unique opportunities tailored to individual preferences.
While this Lifestyle Manager role is often reactive, responding quickly and efficiently to client needs, there is a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships. The successful Lifestyle Manager will demonstrate the ability to anticipate client requirements, think creatively, and proactively introduce new experiences and services.
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous experience supporting UHNWIs
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Calm and solutions-focussed under pressure
- Willingness to travel when required
