- Spearheading a dynamic project delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of one of our top Infrastructure Water Company frameworks.
- Team Lead (&Line Manager) for range of technical disciplines including modellers, designers and PMs. Responsible for supporting in career development for team.
- The development of client relationships with our key Water Company and non-Water Company clients.
- Project Management and Project Direction, including managing resources, budgets and programmes and coordinating with other disciplines.
- Driving continuous improvement in project delivery.

- Experience working in the UK water industry, with proven skills in growing and building strong relationships with clients. May include Technical skills in Wastewater Non-Infra design.
- Experience in managing projects, leading teams, and development of people.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to have technical discussions with colleagues and clients in a logical and coherent manor.
- Relevant degree or vocational qualification.
