About Grantify
At Grantify, we make the complex world of grants simple. Our platform combines smart technology with expert guidance to help businesses unlock funding to grow faster.
Since launching in the UK, we’ve helped thousands of innovative companies secure millions in funding. We’re now pivoting towards our tech-led grant matching product, transforming our services and scaling globally.
Our team of 65+ people is spread across 6 geographies (including the UK, US and the Philippines). We’re a mission-driven bunch who love to solve meaningful problems together.
Why this role matters
We’re looking for a Talent & People Partner (hybrid role) who can own end-to-end hiring and also contribute to impactful People initiatives. You’ll run hiring from scoping to offer, while also helping build the foundations that make Grantify an exceptional place to work.
In the first 3–6 months, you’ll focus primarily on People initiatives, including onboarding, internal mobility, culture, and foundational people frameworks such as progression, levelling, and comp, alongside a couple of live roles. As hiring scales post-pivot, recruitment will become a larger part of your role. If you love recruiting and are passionate about building and supporting effective People systems from the ground up, this opportunity is for you.
You’ll be part of a small but mighty People & Talent team of 3, where everyone rolls up their sleeves and collaborates closely.
What you’ll be doing
Talent Ownership
Run the full hiring process across a range of roles, from scoping to offer. You’ll primarily be working on roles across Engineering & Product, Sales and Service Delivery as these are our largest teams at Grantify.
Build strong pipelines through sourcing, networks and referrals, minimizing agency use.
Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, run fair and efficient processes, and make thoughtful hiring decisions.
Use data to track what’s working (and what’s not) to keep improving the quality of hire and candidate experience.
Continuously refine our recruitment practices to be inclusive, clear and effective.
Maintain excellent ATS hygiene and reporting; keep pipelines accurate and stakeholders informed.
People Projects
Get involved in People initiatives across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to team development and culture.
Help build scalable processes that support a high-performing, values-driven team.
Contribute to performance and development initiatives as we move toward “best-in-class” foundations.
Bring a candidate-first mindset into how we shape the broader employee experience.
What we’re looking for
In-house technical hiring experience - ideally as a Talent Partner in a start-up/scale-up (software engineering required; ML/data a plus).
Agility and ownership - you're comfortable owning the hiring process and thrive in fast-moving environments.
A hands-on operator - you love running processes, systems and getting things done.
Collaborative and pragmatic - you build trust with stakeholders, juggle competing needs, and keep things moving.
Thrives on variety - happy to go deep on some projects and move quickly on others.
A champion for fairness and inclusion - in how you write job ads, design interview panels and build processes.
Genuine motivation to broaden into People as well as Talent (this is a hybrid role, not a pure recruiter role).
Why you’ll love it here
A chance to shape a growing company at a pivotal stage in its evolution.
Real ownership and impact in both Talent and People.
A global, mission-driven team that values transparency, creativity and collaboration.
Flexibility to work remotely, with opportunities to connect in person in London.
What You’ll Get
- A competitive base salary
- 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays
- Private health insurance
- £1,500 remote working setup budget
- Annual company retreats - past events include team trips to Barcelona and Rome.
- Enhanced parental leave
