The Chancery Rosewood – opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As Head Host, you will be the face of our dining experiences, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest. You will lead the hosting team, ensuring seamless service, personalized welcomes, and effortless coordination of reservations. Your role is to set the tone for exceptional hospitality, making every arrival and departure a memorable moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hosting team, ensuring a seamless and professional guest arrival experience.
• Manage reservations efficiently, optimizing table allocations while maintaining exceptional guest service.
• Greet guests warmly, recognizing returning visitors and personalizing their experience.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Train and mentor hosts to uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

About You

• Experience in a host or guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• A natural ability to make guests feel welcome with confidence and warmth.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage reservations efficiently.
• A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passionate about luxury service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
