Restaurant Manager

The Work
- Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain Raising Cane’s high standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including cash handling and accountability
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and cost management with strong organisational skills
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant facilities
- Complete required training programs and other assigned duties
What You Need
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and eager to learn new systems
- Valid right to work in the UK
- GCSEs or equivalent
Desirable
- Previous fast-paced kitchen experience
- Knowledge of Raising Cane’s brand and culture
- Fluency in a second language
