We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join the Light & Wonder Spark team! In this senior position, you’ll lead the Light & Wonder Spark project management team and spearhead key transformation initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, spanning both technical and non-technical areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Light & Wonder Spark project management team, providing direction and fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.

• Oversee a portfolio over 80 game delivery projects, ensuring consistent execution, alignment to business goals, and timely delivery.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of market expansion initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts to launch Light & Wonder Spark in new markets.

• Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for game delivery, using data to drive performance, and decision-making.

• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, supporting their professional growth and enhancing overall team capability.

• Drive end-to-end delivery ownership, empowering Project Managers to lead their initiatives with autonomy while ensuring alignment with programme objectives.

• Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency, operational excellence, and process improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

• Establish delivery frameworks and best practice to enhance consistency and predictability.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders—including technical and non-technical teams—to support seamless execution and alignment.

• Provide regular, clear communication on programme and project status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.

• Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating as needed to ensure delivery continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a complete life cycle of software projects delivery within challenging timelines.

• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and grow teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Impeccable organisation and communication skills, able to describe technical concepts to nontechnical people.

• Fast working, accurate and professional.

• Great at working with others, proactive with ideas and solutions.

• Evolving lean and Kanban techniques, taking a data driven, experimental approach to solving problems and investigating opportunities.

• Commercially astute, approaches problems and opportunities from the perspective of the Casino Strategy.

• Worked within a regulated online environment as certification and regulation is baked deeply in our process.

It’d also be great to see these skills/experiences as well:

• Knowledge of the gambling industry (specifically Casino)
