Data Engineer - Active SC, Talend, PDI
£475 per day - Inside IR35
West Midlands - 2 days a week on site
6 months
- Proven commercial experience working as a Data Engineer within Public Sector environments.
- Active SC Clearance.
- Provide live service support across data platforms and integration technologies.
- Support and maintain environments utilising: Denodo, Talend, Pentaho Data Integration (PDI), Git, MySQL and Amazon Redshift.
- Design, create, and consolidate Grafana dashboards across multiple services.
- Develop a centralised live service view, enabling drill-down capability by individual service.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate these into monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Configure and implement monitoring and alerting for Legacy services that currently lack observability tooling.
- Investigate and resolve production support issues.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to improve service reliability and performance.
