Senior Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

You’ll plan, develop and deliver insight-driven paid digital marketing activity across Parkinson’s UK’s channels to reach, grow and engage key audiences. You’ll also take a leading PPC role with our agency partner, using performance data to inform campaign planning, projections and optimisation.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and teams across the charity, you’ll bring your digital expertise to campaigns, championing test-and-learn, optimisation and best practice as we accelerate our digital growth.

What you'll do

• Plan, deliver and manage activity across platforms including (but not limited to) paid social, paid search and performance max.

• Work across teams to create and deliver bespoke, insight-led campaigns, building digital confidence through collaboration.

• Manage external agency PPC delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are well-briefed and insight-led.

• Own campaign planning, budgets and digital decisions, collaborating with teams to deliver joined-up, insight-led journeys against shared objectives.

• Champion digital best practice and share learnings to support wider strategy and improve team processes.

What you'll bring

• Strong skills in end-to-end digital marketing across paid social media (such as Meta, LinkedIn, Spotify), Google and Bing. Confident in PPC optimisation and performance tactics.

• Confident digital project manager with the ability to work across channels and with diverse stakeholder teams.

• Proven experience growing and engaging audiences through a range of digital channels and tactics.

• Confident understanding of performance reporting and analysis, with proficiency in tools such as GA4, Semrush and Google Tag Manager

• Experience creating on-brand digital content using tools such as Canva, with the ability to develop clear, high-quality briefs for more complex creative.
