Fitch Learning is seeking a Client Relationship Director based in our London office. We are looking for candidates with proven experience selling to clients across Europe and managing complex client relationships. The corporate title for this role is Director.

About the Team:

The purpose of this role is to discover, develop, and win new learning and development programs with both new and existing clients. Working closely with the client relationship management team, and independently, you will identify opportunities to sell our solutions across the full Fitch Learning portfolio. You will work with clients to understand their business and talent development needs and, in partnership with our subject-matter experts, design tailored learning solutions to address those needs. In doing so, you will achieve or exceed an agreed revenue target. In addition, you will prospect and develop new logo opportunities across Europe. The role requires periodic travel across Europe.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Drive strategic account planning, relationship development, and internal referrals in partnership with the client relationship management team
  • Build a strong understanding of market trends, client priorities, and talent development needs across the financial services sector
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Fitch Learning’s suite of training and development solutions
  • Lead full-cycle sales activity: opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and account plans in Salesforce with strong attention to data quality
  • Produce clear and reliable revenue forecasts based on pipeline analysis and account activity
  • Ensure smooth handover of won projects to delivery teams while maintaining commercial oversight and acting as an escalation point where needed

You May Be a Good Fit if:

  • You have a strong background in solution-based sales
  • You have experience managing complex client relationships in financial services or professional education
  • You have experience selling learning, training, talent, or professional development solutions
  • You have a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • You can translate client strategies and business priorities into actionable account plans
  • You have excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Demonstrated sales success in learning and development solutions within financial services
  • Experience working across multiple countries and navigating cross-cultural stakeholders
  • Business-level French or German
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders across large organizations

Why Choose Fitch:

  • Hybrid Work Environment: 3 days per week in the office; 2 days remote
  • A Culture of Learning & Mobility: Dedicated trainings, leadership development and mentorship programs to ensure continuous learning
  • Investing in Your Future: Retirement planning and tuition reimbursement programs to support your goals
  • Promoting Health & Wellbeing: Comprehensive healthcare offerings for physical, mental, financial, social, and occupational wellbeing
  • Supportive Parenting Policies: Family-friendly policies, including a generous global parental leave plan
  • Inclusive Work Environment: A collaborative workplace where all voices are valued, supported by Employee Resource Groups
  • Dedication to Giving Back: Paid volunteer days, matched funding for donations, and opportunities to volunteer in your community
