KPI Education is working in partnership with a highly ambitious and rapidly growing secondary school located in Wembley to appoint an outstanding PE Teacher / Early Career Teacher (ECT) from September. This is a full-time, permanent role within a school building a strong reputation for exceptional education and a positive staff culture.
About the Role
As a PE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and high-quality PE lessons, promoting performance, teamwork, and lifelong participation in sport.
You will join a collaborative PE department, working closely with colleagues to deliver a structured and ambitious curriculum. The team values shared planning, consistency, and high expectations for all students.
Applications are welcome from both Early Career Teachers and experienced educators. The school is looking for individuals with energy, passion, and the ability to inspire young people.

Candidate Specification
The successful candidate will:
- Hold or be working towards QTS.
- Have a strong PE or sports-related academic background.
- Be enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about sport and education.
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, including support for SEN students.
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be open to feedback and committed to professional development.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Hold high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.

This forward-thinking secondary school in Wembley is newly established and continues to grow, with plans to serve around 900 students across Years 7–11.
