The Job

• Lead SEO and content strategy across the agency's client base, ensuring organic work ladders up to wider brand and performance objectives.
• Oversee technical SEO audits, content planning, and on-site optimisation - ensuring best-in-class delivery across the board.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organic team - spanning SEO, content, and CRO.
• Ensure the SEO and content offer stays ahead of the curve - from AI content workflows to SERP feature strategy

You

• Strong expertise in SEO, with sound understanding of content strategy, editorial quality, and user behaviour
• Experience leading organic performance across a range of client verticals and objectives.
• Confident team leader - able to coach, challenge, and elevate delivery across functions.
• Data-savvy and commercially aware - able to connect search performance to real business outcomes.
