About the position
The Marketing Manager is an international role, managing Mindspace’s marketing strategy, budget, brand, and campaigns across several European markets. We’re hiring for this role in either of the 3 cities: London, Warsaw, or Israel. This position reports to the VP of International Markets and works closely with the Global Marketing Senior Lead. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders at Mindspace HQ, as well as teams and vendors across multiple European markets.
You will be responsible for:
- Own marketing for some of Mindspace’s key locations across Europe
- Work closely with Mindspace’s marketing team on all marketing channels and levels; User acquisition, Creative, Strategy & more.
- Create and execute smart quarterly and annual marketing plans, based on data, market trends, local team insights, and other sources, to maximize the ROI and generate quality leads - all geared to meet Mindspace sales goals
- Promote and enhance Mindspace’s brand across the relevant markets
- Manage market research and analysis
- Identify, engage, and manage local vendors
- Generate quality leads for Mindspace locations, offerings, and various services
- Lead launch activities for new locations and new offerings, including market analysis, messaging, launch plans, budgets, and execution
- Attract major ecosystem events to Mindspace locations and facilities
- Drive Mindspace’s presence at major conferences, trade shows, and startup events
- Lead or oversee the creation of collateral for Mindspace’s offerings: presentations, campaigns, PRs, case studies, demos, videos, sales enablement tools, etc.
- Gather insights from various stakeholders in Mindspace HQ as well as international teams in each market, to help market management make data-driven decisions
REQUIREMENTS
Do you have the following experience?
- A high level of English proficiency, with excellent oral and written communication skills - MUST
- 4+ years of relevant international marketing management experience
- Experience in online advertising and hands-on or overseeing campaign management
- Experience in press and media relations, and managing PR firms - an advantage
- Experience in both B2B & B2C marketing – an advantage
- Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce - a plus
- Knowledge and experience with digital marketing measurement models
- Bachelor's degree in business communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel between different cities in Europe (approx 3-4 times a year)
