EA to Executives - Boutique Cyber Security Firm
We’re working with a remote-first cyber security startup that’s growing fast and looking to hire a polished, proactive EA to support 5–6 senior executives. The team is small, tight-knit, and collaborative, so this role is perfect for an EA who’s worked in a startup or small business before and loves being at the heart of the action. While everyone is currently remote, the company is planning to open a London office soon, so occasional visits may be required.
This is a classic EA role with a wide variety of responsibilities. You’ll be managing busy diaries and inboxes, coordinating international travel, preparing meeting materials, tracking actions, and supporting light project work. We’re looking for an EA who is warm, switched-on, super organised, and has that calm-under-pressure, “I’ve got this” energy. You’ll be trusted to just get on with things - no micromanagement, just mutual respect and autonomy.
The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm. The benefits include 25 days of holiday, pension, and a bonus tied to new business wins.
