• Senior Business Analyst - Technology (SC Cleared)
• Location: London (50% onsite)
• Rate: £350 per day (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• Contract: Initial 6 months with strong extension potential
• Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required

We are currently recruiting multiple Senior Business Analysts to join a large-scale technology transformation programme within a leading financial services environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on business-critical initiatives across banking technology, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver complex change programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality business analysis documentation, including process maps, user stories and functional specifications.
• Support solution design, testing and implementation throughout the project life cycle.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive process improvements across complex technology programmes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Active SC Clearance.
• Minimum 5 years' Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.
• Strong experience delivering Banking & Payments technology projects.
• Background working within Investment Banking, Trading and/or Treasury environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

We Are Looking For Experience In One Or More Of The Following:

• Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) - AML, Fraud Detection, Sanctions Screening.
• SAP/ERP transformation programmes.
• Data Business Analysis - data modelling, data lineage, data quality, reporting and analytics.
• Loans, Securities & Risk - loan valuation, collateral management, asset-backed securities and risk modelling.
• Financial Markets - securities settlement, Crest and post-trade processing.
• CRM implementations and customer transformation programmes.
