Highways Civil Engineer
Highway Civil Engineer | London | Hybrid Help shape the future of London's streets, public spaces and transport networks. We're looking for a talented Highway Engineer to join a growing consultancy delivering high-profile highways, public realm and active travel projects across London and the UK. Working on schemes from concept through to construction, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions that make a real difference to the places where people live, work and travel. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to accelerate their career within a supportive and ambitious consultancy. You'll work alongside industry experts, gain exposure to major projects, take on increasing responsibility, and benefit from clear progression pathways, ongoing professional development and support towards chartership. What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' highways design experience
- Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of DMRB, TfL Streetscape Guidance, LTN 1/20, LCDS and TSRGD
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience working in live urban environments
- Understanding of CDM 2015
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
