National Account Manager - Booker

About the Role:
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Booker c onfectionery relationship, supported by a National Account Executive. You’ll drive negotiations, business planning and customer engagement strategies, working closely with the Tesco Group Account Director to deliver commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns that support growth.
Main Responsibilities:
As a National Account Manager you’ll own the Booker c onfectionery account strategy, delivering against sales, revenue and profit targets with full P&L responsibility. This includes margin management, trade terms, promotional investment and budget planning.
You’ll lead Joint Business Plans, forecasting and ensure strong collaboration with buyers, category managers, supply, E-commerce and internal teams across Trade Marketing, finance, demand planning, marketing and Net Revenue Management.
About You:
You will bring strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing JBPs and P&L. FMCG is a must, wholesale experience preferred. You’re confident, results-driven, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
An engaging, self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable approach is essential, along with a credible personality and a proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a global mindset will help you thrive in Ferrero’s dynamic environment
