About the role
The Services Consultant leads the implementation of Xelix for customers by serving as the project manager, and technical expert.
This is an exciting role working within a rapidly growing team at Xelix. The role is critical in ensuring that any customers of Xelix are launched correctly on the platform and can use the platform as designed. The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, proactively mitigate risk and translate technical information for non-technical personnel are key success factors.
The successful candidate would have experience in working with customers leading software implementations. They must demonstrate excellent technical acumen, organisational and communications skills and a drive to ensure the client experience matches our culture and helps build enduring relationships with our customers.
This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to leverage and hone their existing customer relationship management skills whilst gaining experience of leading projects and gaining technical knowledge of Xelix.
As Xelix is a growing company, there are plenty of avenues for growth, and the progression in this role can be towards a career pathway in Professional Services, Pre-Sales or Customer Success.
What you'll be doing
- Leading Implementation team on projects, and being the key point of contact for customers and/or partners
- Risk management and change management
What you’ll bring
- Experience working within SaaS
- Experience of project management/implementations for customers at an Enterprise level
- Understanding of File Transfer protocols, IT project delivery and software security considerations
- Excellent customer relationship management
- Commercial acumen demonstrable by examples

💰 Competitive salary of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Interview Process
While the exact process may vary slightly depending on the role, our typical interview stages are:
- Introductory Call – A short Teams conversation with a Talent Partner to discuss your background and the opportunity.
- Hiring Manager Interview – A 30–45 minute Teams meeting to explore your experience and fit for the team.
- Technical Task or Presentation – A role-relevant exercise to demonstrate your skills and approach.
- Final On-site Interview – An in-person meeting with our senior leadership team and co-founders at our office.
