Business Operations Manager (Analytics)

Your mission

The role is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. With over 15 million happy customers were already moving more than 9 billion a month and have more than 2500 people in our operations functions across the US Estonia Hungary and Singapore and 800 in Product and engineering. We serve a wide range of customers from personal users freelancers small businesses to enterprise businesses and banks.

You will be one of the early members of the newly set-up function that creates a bridge between Product Engineering and Operations teams. This new function sits in our Business Operations organisation and will be responsible for running large scale transformational projects that impact multiple functions in our servicing organisation.   

What youll do

• Deliver complex multiteam programs endtoend (discovery to rollout) with strong governance risk and regulatory awareness; own crossfunctional remediations and fin-crime initiatives.

• Lead the migration to a new BI platform: mapping parallel runs cutover deprecation stabilisation and rollback planning.

• Scale selfserve data products (metrics layer curated datasets dashboards) with clear ownership documentation and lifecycle.

• Build strong relationships between Engineering and Analytics teams: shared intake and prioritisation data contracts and change management.

• Define success metrics and measurement plans; align on a single source of truth; communicate impact with clear visuals and narratives.

• Drive enablement (training playbooks catalog/lineage) to increase adoption; optimise data platform performance and cost.

Qualifications :

About you

• 7 years in program/project or product delivery in complex orgs; fintech/financial services experience a plus.

• 2 years working closely with data or as an analyst; comfortable writing basic SQL to validate/debug and specify requirements.

• Proven multiphase delivery using Agile/Waterfall/hybrid; strong planning dependencies and risk management.

• Led a data platform migration or major replatform across teams.

• Helped build selfserve data products; set up data quality frameworks and run data incidents.

• Excellent communicator and influencer; autonomous pragmatic problemsolver.
