As Night Receptionist , you’ll be the calm, confident presence that ensures every guest feels at home — even when the city sleeps. You’ll handle late check-ins, early departures, and overnight enquiries with warmth and precision, keeping operations running seamlessly throughout the night. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help ensure each guest’s experience reflects the elegance and care that define The Chancery Rosewood .

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in late-arriving guests with efficiency, discretion, and warmth.

• Handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries with confidence and professionalism.

• Complete overnight reports and end-of-day reconciliations.

• Maintain security and safety standards, liaising with Night Management and Security teams as needed.

• Support early morning departures and ensure a smooth handover to the daytime Front Office team.

• Represent the Rosewood brand through exceptional communication, service, and presentation at all times.

About You:

• Previous front desk or guest service experience within a luxury hotel environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in hotel systems (Opera experience is advantageous).

• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
