The Work

• Ensure operations meet our standards in all restaurant zones during your shift
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Direct and support the crew, providing exemplary customer service
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Enforce company policies and maintain a clean, well-functioning restaurant
• Authorise employee functions requiring manager approval

What You Need

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• GCSEs or equivalent preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Able to work varied shifts and travel as needed
• Must complete all required training programs
