Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday,8-5 Office-based (Full-time) About the Company Our client is a specialist lift company dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compliant lift solutions across the region. With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, they are now looking for a motivated Administrator to join their team and support their compliance function. The Role As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the business continues to meet industry regulations and health & safety standards. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, liaising with engineers and clients, and supporting the compliance team in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and update compliance documentation, certifications, and records. * Schedule and track inspections, servicing, and audits. * Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure compliance deadlines are met. * Assist with the preparation of compliance reports for management. * Manage incoming calls and emails, providing administrative support to the wider team. * Ensure all documentation is filed and stored in line with GDPR and company policies. * Support general office administration as required. Skills & Experience Required * Previous administration experience (compliance or construction/building services background desirable). * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn industry standards. * Competitive salary of £25,000 per annum. * Monday to Friday, office-based working. * Training and development opportunities within a growing company. * Supportive team environment with a focus on long-term career growth
