Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear reports, feasibility studies, and business cases with recommendations.
• Lead and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings , driving consensus and alignment.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and project progress, suggesting solutions when challenges arise.
• Support solution design, implementation, and testing to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across teams and projects.

Skills & Experience Needed

Hard Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (consulting or professional services background preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis tools .
• Confidence in running workshops, facilitating meetings, and working with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple priorities.
