Marketing Executive - Fixed Term Contract

BrewDog PLC
London

About Us

We love great craft beer - and we want everyone to be as passionate about it as we are. Our bars are at the heart of that mission, delivering incredible beer and unforgettable experiences every single shift.

Because we expect great things from you, we give great things back.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE

Some of the good stuff:

  • Generous staff discount — 25% in bars, 30% online, 50% merch
  • Company shares & 10% profit share for you and your team
  • Paid overtime for every extra hour you work
  • Up to 10% pension contributions — way above the industry norm
  • 4-week paid sabbatical every 5 years
  • Beer training & Cicerone certification so you can level up your beer knowledge
  • And loads more: enhanced sick pay, healthcare, taxi home contributions, pawternity leave, retail discounts, and… yes, free beer

About The Role

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join our wider Marketing team and deliver national campaigns across BrewDog Bars globally.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, field-based with regular travel, particularly around the London area.

You’ll turn bar revenue initiatives into unforgettable customer experiences - planning and delivering campaigns, seasonal activations, and event-led marketing that make our BrewDog Bars the place to be.

From briefing creative teams and building campaign toolkits to coordinating with regional managers and tracking performance, you’ll be at the heart of every activation. Whether it’s launching a new menu, celebrating a major sporting event, or creating buzz around a limited-edition beer, you’ll make sure everything lands with maximum impact.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Digital, PR, and Operations teams, work closely with our bars to ensure local relevance, and use performance insights to make each campaign even better. This is a role for someone who loves getting stuck in, thrives on variety, and can take a campaign from concept to bar-ready reality.

About You

You’ll have experience in marketing or event delivery - ideally in hospitality or retail - with the organisational skills to juggle projects and the communication skills to bring people with you.

You will also:

  • Be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Thrive on managing multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Be confident using digital tools (Google Drive, Canva, email platforms)
  • Be willing to travel regularly within your region, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends during campaigns or events

THE BREWDOG CHARTER

IT'S ALL ABOUT BEER. NO COMPRISE We make every BrewDog experience the best it can be.

CREATIVITY IS OUR UNFAIR ADVANTAGE New beers. New ideas. New standards.

WE DO MORE IN A DAY THAN OTHERS DO IN A WEEK You get more done when you do it together.

WE LISTEN. WE LEARN No egos, just honesty and transparency.

WITHOUT US WE ARE NOTHING We play to win, and we have fun while we're doing it.
