Account Executive (Property)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients with a strong property bias, including Commercial Property, Property Owners, Commercial Combined, and SME package risks.
- Lead the full renewal cycle: gathering underwriting information, preparing market presentations, remarketing, negotiating terms, and delivering recommendations.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Provide technical advice to clients, ensuring cover is appropriate, compliant, and competitively placed.
- Maintain strong insurer relationships to secure favourable terms and support complex placements.
- Handle MTAs, endorsements, and policy adjustments accurately and promptly.
- Conduct client meetings to review cover, discuss risk exposures, and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain FCA-compliant documentation and uphold the company's service standards.
- Spot cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
- Strong commercial broking experience with exposure to Property Owners and Commercial Combined risks.
- Confident negotiating with underwriters and advising clients at SME and mid‑market level.
- Ability to manage a portfolio, drive retention, and generate new business.
- Excellent communication, accuracy, and relationship‑building skills.
- Cert CII (or working towards) preferred.
- Comfortable working freely while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
