The Opportunity
An Outstanding school in Barnet requires a reliable and proactive Receptionist to provide long-term cover. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a top-performing school while supporting the daily operations of a busy front office. You will be a vital link between the school and the local community, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Role Details
First Aid: Acting as a primary First Aider for minor student injuries (training provided) and managing the medical room log.
Delivery Liaison: Coordinating with the site team for the secure receipt and distribution of deliveries across the campus.
Database Management: Updating student contact details and medical information on the school’s central management system.
Salary Note: The daily rate will be calculated based on the £26k–£30k annual range, depending on the candidate’s administrative background.
