Director of Capital, Liquidity, ALM & Risk Management
Orange Malone is conducting an exclusive Search to find a Director level head of Capital, Liquidity and ALM Risk Management. You will be joining a growing insurer and backfilling a secondment (but the role could become permanent).
Key contribution areas are:
- Capital, liquidity and ALM risk management
- Policy development and implementation
- Stakeholder engagement and governance
- Second-line oversight and deep dives
- reporting and insights
- leadership and strategy
Ideally you'll have advanced qualifications as an Actuary, CFA, FRM or CERA, more than ten years experience in a related field, an understanding of SII/global regulatory regimes, stress testing, scenario analysis and risk calibration, derivatives/investment/funding structures and their implications for balance sheet risks and the development and implementation of liquidity and capital policies across multiple entities.
