Facilities Manager
Full-Time | Permanent We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join our team in South Woodford. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping a site running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. About the Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our building and facilities operations, ensuring our workspace remains safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant. You’ll oversee contractors, manage maintenance schedules, and be the first point of contact for all facilities-related queries. Key Responsibilities Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the site Manage and coordinate external contractors and service providers Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments Manage facilities budgets, procurement, and service contracts Support office moves, refurbishments, and space planning Respond to facilities issues promptly and effectively About You Proven experience in a similar Facilities Management role Strong understanding of H&S legislation and compliance Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Confident liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional, approachable, and reliable What We Offer Competitive salary Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunities for professional development Convenient South Woodford location (Central Line) his is a permanent position and a great opportunity to join a growing business.
