Care Team Leader​ - Days

Parkview House Residential Care Home, 12 Houndsfield Road, Edmonton, London, N9 7RQ

38.5 hours per week

Your role

  • Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home

  • Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues

  • Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans

  • Make leisure and social activities part of every day

  • Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development

Your skills

  • Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly

  • Team player who values collaboration

  • Kindness and genuine interest in older people

  • Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
