Year 3 Teacher | Hammersmith

We are recruiting a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a thriving school in Hammersmith. This Year 3 Teacher role begins January 2026, with a supportive handover and induction programme provided before January 2026 to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
The Year 3 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and structured lessons that promote independent learning and critical thinking. As a Year 3 Teacher in Hammersmith, you will track pupil progress, adapt teaching strategies and contribute to year group planning and assessment moderation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver creative and structured Year 3 lessons
- Lead reading and comprehension activities
- Monitor and assess pupil attainment
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and teaching assistants
- Maintain strong communication with families in Hammersmith
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Proven experience within KS2
- Strong classroom practice and organisational skills
- Available to start January 2026
