About the team
We are a global team of B2B growth specialists spanning strategy, marketing, and sales; united by a shared focus on client-led growth. Now part of Accenture Song, we help leading organisations reinvent how they win, grow, and retain their most important customers by aligning teams around what matters most to clients.
Building on 30+ years of B2B innovation, proprietary buyer intelligence, and deep industry expertise, we design and operationalise strategies that turn insight into impact; from positioning and portfolio strategy to key account growth, ABM, and revenue operations. Our people combine critical thinking, technology, and commercial rigor to deliver measurable outcomes and market-beating growth.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced B2B Consulting Director to lead large, complex client engagements and deliver market-beating growth strategies that drive measurable impact.
As the strategic engagement lead, the Consulting Director is responsible for shaping and guiding program strategy, ensuring delivery excellence, and influencing senior client stakeholders through a consultative, trusted-advisor approach. They will typically oversee several major engagements concurrently, ensuring overall program health and success while collaborating with the Commercial Lead on broader account strategy.
This role combines strategic direction-setting with hands-on leadership – bringing together market insight, consulting expertise, and a passion for developing teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Provide senior-level oversight, supporting Senior Consultants, Consultants and Associate Consultants in their project leadership.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with senior and executive-level client stakeholders (e.g., CMO, Heads of Marketing, Sales Leaders).
Act as a strategic advisor – understanding client needs, influencing direction, and providing thought leadership.
Maintain deep knowledge of client business challenges, translating insight into impactful recommendations.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Lead to ensure client satisfaction, relationship strength, and program growth.
Client Growth & Opportunity Development
Proactively identify and shape new opportunities within existing programs.
Support the Commercial Lead in proposal development and account expansion efforts.
Demonstrate commercial acumen in balancing scope, value, and quality.
People Leadership & Capability Building
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the project delivery team.
Often act as a formal line manager, contributing to performance reviews and career development.
Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the team.
Help build consulting capability across the practice through sharing expertise and best practice.
