Receptionist for High growth Tech Company (Part time)
Our client is a leading high growth Tech company based in Shoreditch. They are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join their team. They are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and personable, with excellent communication skills.
This is a part time position: 14:00 - 18:00, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. 12 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Standard email/slack response to queries
- Looking after the reception desk and be the first point of contact for visitors
- Assisting facilities manager with daily running of the office, stocking up consumables, accepting deliveries, etc.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Proficent in Slack messaging to answer messages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
