PMI Account Handler

Are you an experienced Private Medical Insurance (PMI) professional looking for a fully remote role where you can take ownership of your own client portfolio?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-respected insurance brokerage , managing a portfolio of SME PMI clients while working remotely as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

We are looking for a confident PMI Account Handler who enjoys client servicing, renewals and relationship management, and who is comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

The Opportunity

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 SME PMI clients , providing professional advice and support throughout the policy lifecycle.

Working closely with advisers and insurers, you will ensure clients receive a high level of service , while supporting renewal retention and ongoing policy administration .

This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely , while still being part of an experienced PMI team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 SME PMI clients
• Handling policy renewals and retention negotiations
• Processing mid-term adjustments and policy amendments
• Responding to client servicing queries
• Liaising with insurers and healthcare providers
• Supporting advisers with policy servicing and administration
• Maintaining accurate client records and policy documentation

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working within Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
• Background within a broker or insurer environment
• Experience handling renewals, policy servicing and client queries
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role

Experience managing SME PMI client portfolios would be highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Working pattern: Fully remote, with occasional London office visits if required.
