Key administrative position supporting the daily operation of the school
Our client is looking to appoint a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join their administrative team in Brent. This is a varied and rewarding position for an individual who enjoys working in a busy school environment and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
The successful School Administrator will provide essential administrative support across the school, helping to ensure that the office operates efficiently and that pupils, parents, staff and visitors receive a professional and welcoming service.
You will be expected to undertake a broad range of administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries, supporting attendance and assisting with the organisation of school activities. The role will require someone who is approachable, dependable and able to remain calm when working under pressure.

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school or education setting
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience maintaining accurate records and databases
Confident dealing with parents, pupils, staff and visitors
Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Awareness of safeguarding and confidentiality
Professional, approachable and reliable manner
Legal ability to work within the UK
