REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience managing prospects and pipeline through a CRM
- Prior experience in SaaS sales
- Self-starter mindset with strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organisational skills
- Confidence engaging new prospects via phone and email
- Proven ability to convert initial objections into qualified sales conversations
- Strong communication and social media skills to create multiple access points into target accounts
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of the IAM market and solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce qualified meetings for Sales that convert into pipeline opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales growth targets
- Source, contact, educate, and qualify new prospects via phone, email, and digital channels
- Identify prospective companies within assigned territories or verticals
- Research target accounts using web-based and internal research tools
- Navigate complex organisations to reach key decision-makers
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to meet regional objectives
- Continuously learn about the market, customers, and business
- Work with mentors to set and achieve professional goals
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within CRM and sales engagement tool
