Who You Are And What You’ll Do.

You will already have a background working in a sales and business development role within the R&D tax market. The right recruit will have outstanding communication and negotiating skills and a deep understanding of the R&D industry, giving instantaneous, high-quality advice to the clients within their portfolio. Ideally, you will have experience working on projects relating to the firm’s core sectors, agriculture, construction, and software.

The primary duties include building a network of referral partners that allow the recruit to identify and develop new client opportunities. Though there’s a collaborative and teamwork element to the role, it’s largely self-starting. As such, you must have the ability to take control of the work, develop a portfolio, and deliver outstanding results both under budget and on time. The ability to perform under pressure and in a competitive environment will be essential for success in the world.

Based in London (although they have hybrid working) the position offers a competitive pay level and a host of benefits.
