Nanny-Personal Assistant

Nanny/PA or Manny/PA – Hampstead & Great Portland Street

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an energetic, sporty and highly organised Nanny/PA or Manny/PA to join a warm, welcoming family on a long-term basis. The family have two children, a boy aged 11 and a girl aged 6, although the primary focus of the role will be supporting their 11-year-old son.

This is a varied full-time position combining childcare with PA responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with children while also being highly organised and confident with administration.

The role is split between two locations. During the day (approximately 10.30am–3.00pm), you will be based at the family's beautiful, modern offices near Great Portland Street, providing a mixture of private and business PA support. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to further develop their administrative and organisational skills.

From approximately 3.00pm–7.30pm, you will be based at the family's home in Hampstead, taking over responsibility for the children after school. Duties include school pick-ups (an automatic car is provided), taking the children to activities, supporting homework, preparing fresh, healthy meals, organising their routines and planning fun, engaging afternoons. The family also employ a full-time live-in nanny/housekeeper and a cleaner, so it's important that you're happy working as part of a team.

The family are particularly keen to find someone who is exceptionally sporty, energetic and active. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys being outdoors, playing sports and encouraging an active lifestyle. Whether it's football in the park, tennis, cricket, basketball, swimming, cycling or simply getting outside and keeping active, they are looking for someone who will naturally inspire and engage the children. A qualification or background in PE, sports coaching, personal training or a related field would be a huge bonus, although it isn't essential.

Alongside the childcare, you'll also be responsible for children's laundry, keeping their bedrooms and play areas organised, running family errands and occasional pet care, so a dog lover would be ideal.
