Part Time Nanny

Qualified & Experienced Nanny Required 2-days per week (with possibility of additional 3-days 3.30pm-6.30pm if the Nanny is happy to do so)
Location: Putney, SW15
Hours: 2-days per week Tues & Wed / 7.45am – 6.15pm
Salary: £23-£25 gross per hour DOE
Start Date: January 2027

A warm and welcoming family is seeking a caring, experienced, and proactive nanny to provide high-quality care for their two young boys aged 3yrs & 12mths old in a happy and nurturing home environment for two full days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday). The boys attend nursery on the other 3-days per week, and if you wish to do additional hours, they can also offer 3-hours a day Mon/Thurs/Fri 3.30pm to 6.30pm
Responsibilities:
• Providing attentive and age-appropriate care
• Planning engaging educational and developmental activities
• Supporting daily routines, including meals, naps, and activities.
• Nursery collection (if doing the extra days noted above)
• Encouraging children's learning, independence, and emotional wellbeing
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised environment for the children
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child(ren)
• Communicating effectively with parents regarding the child(ren)'s development and daily activities
Essential Requirements:
• Previous professional childcare experience
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to update)
• Excellent references
• Strong understanding of child development
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach
Desirable:
• Early Years or relevant childcare qualifications
• Driving licence (not essential but use of car during working hours is possible)
• Experience supporting children of a similar age
