About the Role

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting our global sales organisation by maintaining operational excellence across systems, processes, and data. You will work closely with the Global VP of Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure our GTM systems (particularly HubSpot) are optimised, data integrity is maintained, and sales teams are empowered with the insights and tools they need to perform at their best. 


This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, hands-on experience in HubSpot, and an enthusiasm for improving processes and systems. You’ll act as the connective tissue between Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success across multiple time zones. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Administer and optimise HubSpot (and associated tools including Arrows, Vidyard, Fathom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator). 
  • Integration and API knowledge
  • Manage user access, pipelines, workflows, and automation. 
  • Ensure data hygiene and governance across all GTM systems. 
  • Support onboarding and training for new HubSpot users. 


Sales Operations Support

  • Maintain and update sales dashboards, leaderboards, and reports to enhance performance transparency. 
  • Monitor and update commission reporting, CARR reporting, and quote tracking. 
  • Ensure deal data integrity for reporting and forecasting accuracy. 
  • Support enablement initiatives including MEDDIC, discovery reviews, and AE/BDR training data capture. 


Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales workflows; implement scalable solutions. 
  • Partner with RevOps (Australia) to align on automation, data standards, and reporting frameworks. 
  • Support global tool implementation projects and integration between GTM platforms. 


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with Finance on commission accuracy and headcount tracking. 
  • Work with Sales Leadership to maintain renewal pipelines, opportunity tracking, and forecasting models. 
  • Partner with regional sales teams in the USA, Benelux, and Nordics to align on process consistency and system use. 


Performance Insights

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to analyse performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights. 
  • Develop reporting to track product adoption and key GTM KPIs across regions. 
  • Maintain metrics that identify leading and lagging indicators of adoption or churn.

Skills We Need for This Role

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales or GTM operations, with hands-on HubSpot administration essential 
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and data management skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills 
  • Strong communication skills with comfort working across global time zones 
  • A problem-solver who enjoys process optimisation and automation 
  • Experience with sales tooling such as Arrows, Vidyard, or SharePoint advantageous
