W e are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Senior Manager – GPS Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive the delivery of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs for products and services within the Global Payments Solution (GPS) business area.

As a key member of the CIB Business Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies for GPS products and solutions in connection with the overall Transaction Banking proposition and marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with GPS, Coverage, Client Segment and sector marketing leads to ensure product positioning aligns with client needs.

This role is crucial in supporting CIB’s growth agenda by ensuring our products and services are effectively communicated, well-positioned, and differentiated in a competitive market.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the global marketing strategy for Global Payment Solutions, aligning with commercial growth objectives. Identify and prioritise marketing opportunities for the proposition set.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns for GPS products and services whilst translating payments capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to client needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with GPS, Coverage, and Client Strategy teams to support product innovation and commercialisation efforts and work with sector and segment marketing leads to ensure cohesive execution aligned with client priorities across industries and geographies.
  • Develop insight-led content (whitepapers, product briefs, case studies, digital assets) to highlight the bank’s GPS strengths and run targeted campaigns to drive product adoption, pipeline and balance growth.
  • Collaborate with global communications and brand teams to enhance visibility around key themes such as ESG and digital transformation Develop insight-led content (whitepapers, product briefs, case studies, digital assets) to highlight the bank’s GPS strengths and address customer needs whilst coordinating targeted campaigns to drive new GPS deal origination, increasing wallet share and penetration, growing fee income and client balances.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a focus on product marketing and/or Payments within a global banking environment with a strong understanding of GPS products and services.
  • Proven success in executing go-to-market strategies that enhance product and client engagement with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience in matrixed, global organisations.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across business and marketing functions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
