Administration and Compliance Manager

Banham
London

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for developing people, driving compliance, and delivering exceptional learner outcomes? Join Banham Academy as our Administration and Compliance Manager and play a key role in shaping the future success of our apprenticeship and training programmes.

Part of the Banham Group, Banham Academy delivers high-quality apprenticeships and technical training to learners and employers across the industry. In this role, you'll lead Academy operations, support a high-performing team, and ensure the efficient delivery of services that help learners and employers achieve their goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven leader to make a tangible impact, champion continuous improvement, and play a key role in the ongoing success of our Academy.

Who are we?

Celebrating our Centenary, Banham is a family-owned, family-run business that has been providing security solutions since 1926. We operate throughout London and the Home Counties, offering a comprehensive service on all aspects of physical and electronic security. Our signature locks were awarded Best Product (2026) by Great British Brands, recognising our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and uncompromising quality. Most important, however, are the people who make up Banham. Our dedicated employees live and breathe collaboration; they inspire and learn from each other while upholding our standards of People, Service and Quality alongside our core values of Family, Pride and Trust everyday.

Employees who began their Banham careers as trainees now head our key departments, and we are proud to foster a working environment that encourages staff to stay with us for many years through continual training, internal mobility and development opportunities.
