Geography ECT (ECT Support) - Barnet

The Role You will teach physical and human Geography across KS3 and KS4, with the chance to shadow A-Level classes. The role emphasizes the use of GIS technology and local fieldwork to bring the curriculum to life for students of all abilities. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality Geography lessons using modern digital resources

• Coordinating local fieldwork and assisting with residential trip planning

• Integrating ArcGIS and other mapping software into daily teaching

• Assessing student work in line with the school’s structured feedback policy

• Engaging with a Senior Leader Mentor for weekly instructional coaching
