Key Responsibilities of this Higher Level Teaching A ssistant role:

• Support SEN pupils with autism individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum

• Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs

• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement

The Ideal Candidate for this Higher Level Teaching Assistant vacancy:

• A positive, resilient and caring approach to working with children

• A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive

• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent experience working with special needs children.
